It is with a heavy heart that we put off NOCC3. If you have purchased a ticket for this years event you can either keep it in the bank for next years event or get reimbursed. If you keep it in the bank and ticket prices go up you don't pay anything extra. This is the best decision for everyone though it feels wrong.
